9:00-11:00 a.m.: Strain on the brain: Reducing stress to improve brain health
How does stress affect the brain and behaviour? What can you do to reduce and manage stress? At this workshop, (PhD candidate, Psychology, Ï㽶ÊÓƵ) will discuss the neuroscience of stress as well as research-supported tips for stress management. The workshop will include interactive discussion and activities focused on real-world application of the presented research.

- How and why to integrate better sleep habits into a busy lifestyle
