RSVP Hand on My Heart: A Journey of Healing and Impact - Book Launch with Dr. Maureen Mayhew

McGill Global Health Programs is delighted to invite the McGill community to a special book launch event featuring McGill Alumna, Dr. Maureen Mayhew (BSc’82, MDCM’86), who will share her remarkable journey through her experiences as a family doctor, clinical professor, and certified leadership coach. Dr. Mayhew's dedication spans over three decades, providing primary care and leading public health programs across Canada, Asia, and Africa.

Join us as Dr. Mayhew discusses her new memoir, "Hand on My Heart: A Canadian Doctor's Awakening in Afghanistan," offering compelling personal recollections encompassing moments of growth, disorientation, wonder, and joy. Copies of Dr. Mayhew's memoir will be available for purchase at the event. Only card payments will be accepted.
