Biography:
Dr. Friedman has been a member of the Division of Gastroenterology of the Jewish General Hospital and Associate Professor at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ since 1998 after completing his Gastroenterology fellowship and Interventional Endoscopy fellowship at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ.
As an advanced endoscopist, he is involved in performing ERCP, luminal stent insertions and large colon polyp resections. Dr. Friedman has interest, as well, in a large variety of digestive health problems including IBD, celiac disease, and IBS.
Dr. Friedman also directs the video capsule endoscopy program that is used to assess the small intestine in the investigation of obscure bleeding or Crohn’s disease.
