• Describe challenges faced by IMGs and the impact on their learning
• List different approaches and tools useful in helping determine learner needs
• Outline different feedback delivery models and their uses
• Understand barriers and facilitators in giving feedback to IMG and choose the appropriate feedback delivery model
• Brainstorm effective ways to help IMGs engage in the feedback exercise
