The project consists of redeveloping four row houses 香蕉视频 owns on Pine Avenue to welcome the newly-created Sylvan Adams Sports Science Institute.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Should special arrangements need to be made for overnight or weekend work, these will be coordinated and announced with proper notice, in advance.
Scope of work:聽The construction work will include the interior renovation of the row houses located on Pine Avenue (#527, 523, 517, and 515), the exterior restoration of their fa莽ades, and the construction of a new three-story extension at the back of these houses, which along that of Pine #509, will be demolished. The Institute will house training and research facilities for triathlon athletes (running, cycling, and swimming), as well as support areas such as offices, meeting rooms, washrooms, and locker rooms.
