Biography: 

I am Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Desautels Faculty of Management. I research the subtle social dynamics that generate and perpetuate inequalities in occupations, organizations, and labor markets.

I'm passionate about promoting equality and enabling all to realize our full human potential.

Mentorship matters to me because I myself benefited from extraordinary mentors, and I wish to pay it forward as best I can.
