Is there a hidden gender disparity in Canadian retirement savings? In this January Lunch & Learn, 's Associate Professor will explore the evolving landscape of retirement savings in Canada. Delving into the nuances of Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSPs) and Tax-Free Savings Accounts (TFSAs), she discovered how these savings vehicles have been utilized differently by women and men, and understood the implications for long-term financial security. is an Associate Professor at theÌý(Université du Québec) and holds the Canada Research Chair in Family Financial Experiences and Wealth Inequality.ÌýShe also leads theÌýÌýas well as theÌý.ÌýHer current work focuses on intergenerational transmission of wealth, the management of debts and assets within diverse families, and their impact for inequalities, especially along gender lines.Ìý
