My PhD research is to simulate the progressive impact of ocean acidification on the mineralogy of modern platform carbonate sediments and to characterize carbonates from key greenhouses periods where ocean acidification occurred. The objective is then to better understand the impact of the current ocean acidification by comparing the results from those greenhouse periods with the modern sediments. When I am not working on my research, I like to share my passion of geology with others through outreach projects. Some of these projects include speaking at elementary schools and creating different activities or workshops based on the audience.Â
