Willow WHITE
Biography:
Willow White is a PhD Candidate in the Department of English at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. Her dissertation examines comic women playwrights of London, 1750-1800. Her article "Comic Collusion: Frances Burney’s The Witlings and the Mentorship of Arthur Murphy" has appeared in Women's Writing. Willow is currently co-editing the adoption narrative of Mary Jemison, a white settler adopted by the Seneca Nation in the mid-eighteenth century, for The Broadview Anthology of American Literature. Willow is a proud member of the Métis Nation of Alberta.
