Engineering Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity Advancement 

The Office of E-IDEA (Engineering Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity Advancement) provides support for students, staff, and faculty to create a more equitable, inclusive, and welcoming culture within the Faculty of Engineering and associated design professions. E-IDEA’s programs and services facilitate practical applications of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in teaching and learning, research, community engagement, advocacy, leadership, and teamwork. The overall vision is to sustainably increase the capacity for inclusive leadership and positive social impact among all individuals, teams, and units in the Faculty of Engineering.
