Student Flex Space in Currie Gym

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update – April 9, 2021
Study hubs and on-campus flex spaces will continue to be available for individual use only. We cannot operate group study spaces for the time being.
We are happy to announce that a Student Flex Space in Currie Gym, Room 408/9, is being made available for use on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 – 3:30 as of March 1, 2021 and will run until April 30, 2021. Maximum occupancy is 20 (either individuals or groups of 6 or less).

This space is available by ROOM BOOKING REQUEST ONLY, such requests to be made a minimum of 2 business days prior to your need.
To reserve:
- Send a Room Booking Request to Josee DiSano at kin.physed [at] mcgill.ca with a cc to admin.kpe [at] mcgill.ca and stephane.leblanc [at] mcgill.ca.
- Please indicate “Student Flex Space Booking Request” in the subject line
- Provide your full name and ID #
- If making a request for a group (6 or less), provide all names & ID #’s
- Once your booking request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which will also provide you with the protocols for entering the building
- All prevailing health and safety directives must be respected, and in particular the University’s Directives: Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 on campus
- You must review the screening questions found here: /coronavirus/resources/health-guidelines#home. You must not come to campus if you answered “yes” to any of the screening questions.
- If you have symptoms of Covid-19 or a positive COVID-19 test result please use the COVID-19 Reporting Process Tool to determine the next steps: /coronavirus/resources/health-guidelines/covid-19-reporting-process
- You will be required to check-in and check-out at your scheduled time (please be prepared to provide Mr. Stephane Leblanc with your McGill ID card as you enter/leave the room)
- Individuals must wear a procedural mask at all times
