About Jason Moschella
Jason Moschella is a PhD candidate in Accounting at the Desautels Faculty of Management and is the lead instructor for the CFA Exam Preparation Program at McGill's School of Continuing Studies. He is fully invested in the pursuit of lifelong learning and loves to help his students grow and succeed. Outside of the classroom, Jason is passionate about research and enjoys collaborating with his colleagues to further our understanding of the business world. He is currently conducting research on how to identify profitable insider trades, how risk management in small business happens, and whether or not auditors price their services to include a reputational risk premium for higher-risk clients. Jason is also actively engaged in student life and currently manages the finances of the Desautels Doctoral Students' Society.

About Joseph Lutfi, CFA, CAIA, PRM, CIM
Joseph has been lecturing in the CFA Exam Preparation Program since 2017. He covers Ethics, Economics, Equities and Fixed Income. He has taught other finance coures at the School of Continuing Studies in the past. He loves all things finance and enjoys sharing this passion with his students.
Joseph is a Senior Manager, Trust Investment Group, and Investment Counsellor at RBC Royal Trust - RBC Wealth Management. As a Senior Manager, he manages a national team of investment professionals and analysts. As an Investment Counsellor, he is responsible for the construction of investment strategies, ongoing investment management, and oversight/risk monitoring for trust accounts in the Quebec region.
Joseph holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Professional Risk Manager (PRM) and Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designations
