Many of you had questions about final exams. Please note:Ìý
- Most of our instructors have adapted their course outlines to avoid timed exams of three hours in a specific time slot. However, this is not always possible.Ìý
- In the event that a timed exam is unavoidable, you will need to take the exam in a single sitting. You will NOT be able to interrupt the exam once you have started it. Ìý
- In some cases, some level of flexibility will be available to accommodate students in different time zones or with personal obligations. This can include:Ìý
- Ability to start the exam at any time within a given period;Ìý
- Ability to select a time slot among two or more scheduling options.Ìý
- To prevent conflicts, these options will include the time slot during which the exam was originally scheduled.Ìý
- Exam scheduling details for each course will be announced by your instructor in myCourses or via email.Ìý
- Note that some instructors have chosen to cancel the final exam and replace it with another assignment. In addition, some exams may have been shortened to two hours.Ìý
For those of you planning to graduate this year, please know that your academic record will still reflect your graduation, even if we cannot have an in-person convocation ceremony this summer. We are doing our best to identify suitable alternatives and will keep you posted.Ìý
Thank you! Ìý Ìý Ìý
