With over twenty years of hands-on experience in communications across multimedia, film, television, software, and healthcare sectors, Aislinn currently serves as the Communications and Public Affairs Lead at CAE, a leading Canadian aerospace company. In her role, she draws on her extensive industry knowledge to inform her teaching as a part-time instructor at McGill and McMaster Universities.

Aislinn teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses, covering topics from communications theory and strategic management to applied public relations and writing for PR. Her primary goal is to bridge the gap between theory and practice, enriching her students' learning with real-world insights drawn from her daily experiences.

A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Aislinn holds a Master of Communications Management degree from McMaster University.
