Warren Nilsson, PhD鈥�10, won the Academy of Management Review鈥檚 2015 Best Paper Award for his paper entitled, 鈥淧ositive Institutional Work: Exploring Institutional Work Through the Lens of Positive Organizational Scholarship.鈥� This paper was rooted in the theory portion of his thesis at Desautels. Warren is currently a Senior Lecturer in Social Innovation at the Graduate School of Business of University of Cape Town. 听
