Milk is the main source of vitamin B12 consumption for Canadians. A glass of cow鈥檚 milk contains about 46% of the daily-recommended dietary intake of vitamin B12 for adults. But what factors influences the concentration of B12 in a glass of milk? Turns out, what cows eat and how they digest it can impact human鈥檚 B12 intake.

Rare hereditary recessive diseases were thought to be expressed in offspring only when both parents carry a mutation in the causal gene, but a new study is changing this paradigm. An international research team led by scientists at the University of Lorraine in France along with 香蕉视频 and the Research Institute of the 香蕉视频 Health Centre (RI-MUHC) in Canada discovered a new cause of a rare condition known as cblC, that they named 鈥渆pi-cblC鈥. They reported it in patients from Europe and the United States.
