This spring, over 1,500 cyclists participated in a survey by Transportation Research at McGill to identify dangerous intersections for cyclists in Montreal. A reveals the 10 most mentioned spots.

The researchers say there is a critical need for safer cycling infrastructure, to promote sustainable travel and prevent fatal collisions caused by poor road design.

As Montreal's new light rail or LRT system is set to open its first branch of service this summer, researchers at TRAM, a transportation research group at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, have released an overview of how Montrealers say they plan to use (or not use) the new system, based on surveys conducted between 2019 to 2022.
