MORSL’s Mysticism Discussion Group is a place to learn and converse about spiritual practices and experiences across traditions. Each session will feature a different topic of interest that will be explored through readings, music, meditations, and most of all through sharing your thinking and experiences. Students of all religious, spiritual and secular backgrounds are welcome to join in and enrich these conversations.

Do you have difficulty coping with stress? Feel you lack a sense of personal control in your life? Do you struggle with setting goals and problem-solving? Join this workshop to acquire the skills to effectively cope with stress and feel comfortable utilizing these skills when needed.
Distress tolerance is a core skill that is useful in times of crisis. This 2-session workshop (February 11 & 18) will teach you concrete skills such as radical acceptance, improving the moment, and self-soothing to better cope in challenging/stressful situations.ĚýĚýĚý
