Winter term lectures period in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), Continuing Studies (all credit courses and non-credit language courses), Education, Engineering (including Architecture), Graduate Studies, Law, Management, Music, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Science (including B.A.&Sc.) and Dentistry (all programs).

NOTE:

Last day for students to request fee exemptions and to submit legal documents for proof of Canadian citizenship and proof of Quebec residency to Service Point for the Winter 2025 term. Students in Medicine or Continuing Studies should submit their documents directly to their Faculty Student Affairs office or the School of Continuing Studies. Documents received after this date will be updated for the following term only.

Field Practice period for M.Sc.A CFT students.

Last day of lectures for B.S.W. students for Winter term.

Summer courses offered by Continuing Studies open for registration to students in other faculties (excludes students in Dentistry, Law, Management day programs, Medicine, Nursing, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy).

Deadline date to submit initial Doctoral or Master's theses to GPS (Thesis Office) to be registered as Thesis Evaluation status for the Summer 2025 term.

Note: Should the deadline date (April 15) fall on a weekend or a holiday, the effective deadline date will be the next working day.

Last day of Field Practice for M.S.W. students.
