This training session will examine ethical dilemmas raised by the use of data in formulating, implementing, and evaluating decisions and policies. It particularly focuses on balancing the risks and benefits of using data for policy and addressing the unintended consequences of data-driven policymaking.
Join the Digital Wellbeing Initiative, a dynamic 6-session group designed to cultivate mindfulness about screen time and its impacts. This group will offer practical strategies and insights to help you manage your digital consumption and enhance your overall wellbeing.
Take a break with your Local Wellness Advisor, a member of the Arts OASIS team and your peers. This is a time to relax with free tea and hot chocolate and an opportunity to chat about wellness and/or academic advising. Please bring your own mug to enjoy hot chocolate or tea.

This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.
