Share your best practices and win!

Have you or your department developed and implemented a project that has reduced costs, employed cutting-edge management techniques or improved the day-to-day operations of the university?

The Canadian Association of University Business Officers (CAUBO) is currently accepting applications for the 2005 Quality and Productivity Awards. Not only will your submission potentially inspire other universities to employ best practices, but your exceptional work may be officially honoured at the annual CAUBO conference in June.

There will be a first prize of $10,000, a second prize of $5,000 and a third prize of $3,000. Four regional awards and honourable mentions will also be bestowed.

Winners will be selected based on the following five criteria: portability, originality, quality impact, productivity impact and institutional involvement. Additional information and application forms are available at and at www.mcgill.ca/vpadmin/caubo.
