Protect yourself against H1N1

Published: 20 August 2009

I want to wish new students a hearty welcome to McGill and returning students a warm welcome back.

Given the global H1N1 influenza pandemic, we are trying to ensure the healthiest and safest fall for the whole McGill community.  Students commonly contract colds and flu while at university, but the world-wide nature of this particular flu strain makes it important for us to take all the precautions that we can.

Please be aware of the following actions, which are under your control and which can help us all minimize the chances of an outbreak:

Hand Washing

Hand Sanitizer

Healthy Living

Let’s work together to protect our community.  Here’s wishing you the best for a healthy and successful academic year.
