Malika Bell, BCL/LLB’08, wins André-Cossette Prize

Malika Bell, BSW’02, BCL/LLB’08, has won the André-Cossette Prize from the Chambre des notaires du Québec.

The president of the Chambre des notaire, Maître Denis Marsolais (left on photo) was recently at the Faculty to present Mrs. Bell (centre on photo) with her prize. Dean Nicholas Kasirer (on right) attended the event to congratulate her.

The André-Cossette Prize is given annually to a 3rd year law student who has distinguished himself by his service to the community or his commitment to social causes during his legal studies. The Chambre des notaires awards six $2,500 prizes at the start of university year in each of the six faculties of law.
