Think about where you live. Are there parks nearby? Where's the closest grocery store?  How far are you from work? How often do you need to take the car do get where you want to go? These may seem like questions of convenience, but the answers can have a big impact on your health. James Sallis spent most of his early career as a behavioural psychologist trying to figure out how to motivate people to get active. He has discovered our environment can have a big impact on how active we're likely to be.  This week, Ï㽶ÊÓƵ awarded him the Bloomberg Manulife Prize for the Promotion of Active Health. Dr. Sallis joins Ainslie MacLellan in studio.
