Justice Clément Gascon (BCL’81) named to Supreme Court of Canada

On June 4, Prime Minister Stephen Harper named Mr. Justice Clément Gascon (BCL’81) to the nation’s highest court, replacing Mr. Justice Morris Fish (BCL’62), who retired last August after a decade on the Supreme Court.
