Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies operations during the MUNACA strike
In order to continue to allow graduate student-related activities to be conducted in an efficient manner during the MUNACA strike, our staff will prioritize services accordingly for the next 4-6 weeks.Ìý We will continue to monitor the situation and shift priorities as demanded by the time of year and peak periods.

- Securing Pro-Deans for oral defenses

- Graduate Orientation
- Domestic and international Ìýpresentations and graduate fairs
- Workshops and information sessions for McGill undergraduates, exchange students, and graduate students

Other items of note:
- The list below outlines those employees who are available, as well as their area of expertise.
- We are maintaining operations in Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, however, the Service Level Agreement in Graduate Ï㽶ÊÓƵ will be affected due to the strike. Your faculty’s Graduate Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Officer will continue to be your first point of contact.
- Most other activities related to Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies are being treated as secondary.Ìý We will deal with urgent issues outside of our identified priorities as they arise.
- Because of the various demands, we are not yet certain of the delays that will be encountered in returning emails or phone messages left in GPS.
