F.R. Scott Lecture: Appoint, elect, draw straws or sell to the highest bidder? Choosing our judges

On October 10, in the McLennan Library Building, Professor Roderick A. Macdonald presented his annual F.R. Scott Lecture. The lecture examined the current processes used to select judges at all levels of courts, with a discussion of the qualities sought for each court and whether the processes used allow us to identify judges with these qualities.
