MONTREAL -- The suspended McGill women's soccer game against UQAM, originally scheduled for last Sunday, has been rescheduled for Thursday (Oct. 6) at Molson Stadium. Due to excessive water on the artificial turf which made it unsafe to continue playing, the contest had been halted at halftime with McGill leading 1-0 on a goal by Alexandra Morin-Boucher. However, league rules stipulate that it must be replayed from the start and kickoff is slated for 6:30 p.m. To accommodate the soccer teams, the men's lacrosse game between second-place Bishop's (3-1) and division-leading McGill (7-0) has been bumped ahead 30 minutes to 9 p.m.
