Run in collaboration with McGill's Dept of Athletics, this unique hands-on workshop is geared to women who want to learn more about how weight training can improve strength and body composition. Workshop includes a visit to the weight room, and a basic weight-training program will be outlined. Enrolment limited to 10 participants.
