This film (21 min 35 sec) centres around Salish artist Yuxweluptun Lawrence Paul's performance piece, "An Indian Shooting the Indian Act." It is a protest of the ongoing effects of this legislation upon Aboriginal people living in Canada. The viewer also catches a glimpse into Mr. Paul's virtual Longhouse and into the art making of a contemporary artist who happens to be Aboriginal. Discussion will follow.
