Macdonald College Founder's Day 2004 - Life as a Mountain

To celebrate the Founder of Macdonald Campus, Sir William C. Macdonald (born Feb. 10, 1831; died June 9, 1917), classes will be cancelled from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Spokesperson for the Canadian Cancer Society, Toben Anderson, who in 1997 reached the summit of Mt. Vinson Massif, the highest mountain in Antarctica, to raise support for cancer research and to inspire others to chase their dreams, will speak to the Macdonald Campus community.
