Bruce Rutherford is associate professor of political science at Colgate University.  He earned his Ph.D. from Yale University and has held post-doctoral fellowships at Princeton University and Harvard Law School.  His publications include Egypt after Mubarak: Liberalism, Islam, and Democracy in the Arab World (Princeton, 2008) and “What do Egypt’s Islamists Want?  Moderate Islam and the Rise of Islamic Constitutionalism.” Middle East Journal, 60:4, Autumn 2006, 707-731.
