The "Common Law: A Distinct Legal Tradition" lecture is part of the Faculty of Law's Continuing Education Series 2009‐2010 "Think Ahead – Une pensĂ©e d’avance" for members of the Barreau du QuĂ©bec and the Chambre des notaires du QuĂ©bec. Barreau activity no. 10005641.

Speakers

The three speakers, H. Patrick Glenn, Rosalie Jukier, and Geneviùve Saumier, are all full‐time professors at McGill’s Faculty of Law. They all teach and publish in the area of private comparative law.
