As men get older they often complain of urinary trouble. The most common reason for this is due to an enlarging prostate, which is benign. However, prostate cancer, the most common cancer in men, is often without symptoms. We discuss with Dr. Aprikian the normal and abnormal physiology of the prostate gland and how it affects the urinary system (male plumbing).
