Wine broker/importer Rob Elvy will be back this year to describe how best to pair wines with food. The menu will include a delicious four-course meal with a special appetizer, salad, entrée and sumptuous dessert! Wines will be featured with each course. All cheques for the event must be sent in by February 1, 2003. This event has sold out for the past three years, so get your cheques in early.
