2016 Student/Postdoctoral Fellowship Awards
GEPROM will be accepting applications for trainee (MSc, PhD or PDF) fellowships at 香蕉视频 in 2016. The aim is to fund up to 6 fellowships with a stipend of $ 10K CDN to provide partial salary support. Eligible candidates include incoming/recent Masters, PhD students or PDFs who have not yet secured a salary award in their host lab. The award is not intended for trainees who already have external funding.
To apply, send an email to "geprom [dot] med [at] mcgill [dot] ca鈥� to the attention of Dr. Derek Bowie, Director of GEPROM. Include the term "Trainee Fellowship" in the email subject heading so that your request can be properly sorted. Please include a cover letter and cv. Masters and PhD students should also include their transcripts.
Applications will be based on merit that includes scholastic record and publications/presentations (for PDFs) as well as the candidate鈥檚 overall contribution to GEPROM鈥檚 focus on membrane proteins in health and disease.
The application deadline is Friday, March 11th, 2016.
