is the Census Manager (Director General) at Statistics Canada, with a background as an economist and statistician. Previously, Mr. Bowly ran the data collection operations for Statistics Canada and was the manager of the monthly Labour Force Survey, the source of the official unemployment rate, and one of the world's largest ongoing household surveys. Mr. Bowlby is passionate about working with information and data to develop stories on the state of the nation. He has appeared before House of Commons and Senate Committees and has chaired a United Nations task force.

is the Branch Chief of Small Area Modeling and Development in the Social, Economic, and Housing Statistics Division at the United States Census Bureau. Her branch is responsible for the research, development and application of small area estimation techniques to provide data users with finer detail data than can be provided by direct survey estimates. Her area is also responsible for exploring, developing, and extending the use of small area estimation methods to new content areas. Previously, Bethany worked for the Federal Statistical Research Data Centers (FSRDC’s) where she worked closely with academic researchers to utilize federal data to answer complex problems.
